About Owen

Hi, I’m Owen.

I’m the tech-savvy friend, grandson or son you wish you had on call. Not everyone has the time or the know-how to keep up with technology, and you shouldn’t have to.

I grew up surrounded by computers and never stopped tinkering. I’m a Cyber Security graduate, I’m still studying IT, and I started TechTLC to put that to use helping people across Canberra.

Every home is different, so I take the time to understand what you actually use your technology for before I touch anything. I’ll go through it with you as I work, so you come away knowing a bit more than before. Ask me anything, there are no silly questions.

Owen, TechTLC

How a visit works

  1. Book online

Pick your job and a day and time that suits you. Prefer to talk? You can still ring me.

  2. I come to you

No unplugging anything or carting it to a shop. I fix it where it lives.

  3. I fix it and show you how

I explain what went wrong in plain English and leave you notes so you’re confident next time.

  4. You pay only when it works

The fixed price we agreed, and nothing if I couldn’t fix it.

My promises

If I can’t fix it, you don’t pay a cent.

Travel anywhere in Canberra and nearby suburbs is included in the price.

Every job has a fixed price. No hourly rates, no surprises.

Stuck with something? Book a visit.

Pick the job and a time online. You’ll know the price before I arrive.

Hi, I’m Owen.

Before we chat, who am I talking to? I usually reply within 1 hour, otherwise within 1–2 business days, by email if you’ve left.

Welcome back.

Pick up where we left off, or start a fresh chat about something new.

Starting a new chat clears the old one from this screen. I still have it on my end.
